The project is a large parcel of land of ca. 130 hectares, located 37 km north-west from the center of Warsaw. The site has a building potential of ca. 1.100.000 sqm with a land-use masterplan combining residential, commercial, light industrial, logistics, cultural and athletic uses and green areas.
